Rishi Sunak stands to unite United Kingdom

Rishi Sunak is trying to defend his position as he promised the United Kingdom public voters that he would ensure and reduce if not stop illegal asylum seekers from entering the UK. What are the problems for him, the opposition and the European courts of human rights.

The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom has dismissed the case of the refugees being sent to Rwanda to rehabilitate there as saying the Rwandan government does not look as if they have promising plans and systems in place yet. The home office spent £2.4 billion in 2022 in Official Development Assistance to maintain refugees in the United Kingdom.

The controversial plan to fly asylum seekers to Rwanda and ban them from returning to the UK – which has already cost at least £140m – has been subject to court challenges since it was first announced by Boris Johnson in April 2022.

What Rishi Sunak’s plans mean for the United Kingdom, is that he is trying to substantially reduce the cost of processing asylum applications in the UK so what he is proposing is to shift asylum applicants to Rwanda and process their applications there which will reduce the taxpayers expense in the United Kingdom.

As directed by the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom now Rishi Sunak wants to edit the treaty with Rwanda so that it can comply with the Supreme Court Advisory and satisfies all prerequisites.
